Remove the plastic cap from the nozzle of Sterimar. Ensure your device remains clean at all times.
Tilt your head to the side over the sink and gently insert the nozzle into one nostril.
Press down on the nozzle briefly firing a spray of the solution into your nostril.
Allow excess solution to drain off then repeat with your other nostril.
If necessary, blow your nose.
Clean the nozzle after use with warm, soapy water, rinse and dry.
Use Sterimar Congestion Relief Nasal Spray 2 to 6 times a day, or as directed by your doctor.
