How does it work?

It contains diphenhydramine hydrochloride, an antihistamine that blocks histamine receptors in the brain, promoting drowsiness and helping you fall asleep.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains 25 mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride. Excipients: lactose monohydrate, maize starch, pregelatinised maize starch, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, purified talc, hypromellose, macrogol, titanium dioxide (E171), and indigo carmine lake (E132).

Side Effects

Can cause drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, or blurred vision. Not suitable for regular or long-term use. Avoid alcohol and operating machinery after taking. Not for children under 16.
