Night Nurse combines three active ingredients: paracetamol (pain and fever), promethazine (runny nose, sneezing), and dextromethorphan (dry cough). It helps you sleep while managing multiple symptoms.

Ingredients

Active ingredients (per capsule): Paracetamol 500mg, Promethazine Hydrochloride 10mg, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 7.5mg.

Side Effects

Can cause drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, or upset stomach. Do not drink alcohol. Not for use with other paracetamol products. Avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor. Not suitable for children under 16.
