It contains ulipristal acetate, which works by delaying ovulation. This gives sperm less chance to meet an egg. It’s most effective the sooner it’s taken.
Side effects may include headache, nausea, abdominal pain, dizziness, or delayed periods. It may also reduce the effectiveness of regular contraception for the rest of your cycle. Speak to a pharmacist if unsure.
