Before using the Earcalm Spray, first make sure your hands are clean.
Shake the bottle well before use to ensure the liquid is evenly distributed.
Remove the cap from the bottle. Carefully and gently insert the nozzle of the spray into the opening of the ear.
Depress the pump to release the spray. A typical dose involves 1 spray into each ear up to 3 times per day.
Repeat these steps for your other ear if necessary.
After use, replace the cap on the spray nozzle to prevent contamination.
It's important not to let the spray come into contact with your eyes or mouth.
Always follow the instructions included in the package or given by your doctor.
