How does it work?

DulcoEase contains docusate sodium, a stool softener. It draws water into the stool, making it easier and less painful to pass. It doesn’t stimulate the bowel directly.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Docusate Sodium 100mg. Excipients include: Glycerol, Gelatin, Sorbitol, Purified Water, Propylene Glycol, and Colourants (E171, E132).

Side Effects

Possible side effects: mild stomach cramps, diarrhoea, or nausea. Not for long-term use. Speak to your pharmacist if symptoms persist or worsen. Not suitable for under 12s unless advised by a healthcare professional.
