Before using the Calpol Saline Spray, ensure your hands are clean and dry.
Shake the bottle well.
Prior to first use, press the spray a few times until a fine spray is produced.
Lay your child down and turn their head to one side.
Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press the spray head once.
Then rotate your child's head to the other side and repeat the process in the other nostril.
Clean and dry the nozzle before replacing the cap.
Remember, children under 2 years should have one spray used in each nostril. For children aged over 2 years, two sprays can be used in each nostril. You can use the saline spray as often as needed. Always read the leaflet for full instructions and precautions before use.
